The meeting for co-ordinators of recently launched Comenius, ICT and Languages Projects took place on Monday 9^th from 9³⁰ and Tuesday 10^th till 17⁰⁰ February 2009. This meetings was held at the MCE building, rue de l'Aqueduct, 118-1050 Brussels, Belgium.

The general objectives of the projects' meeting were the following:

• Enable project coordinators to meet each other, colleagues at the Agency responsible for their projects, representatives from Commision dealing with relevant policy aspects, and representatives from the National Agencies;
• Hear about good practices from ongoing and past projects, and receive practical tips for your project;
• Be informed about procedures and rules to be followed for financial and contractual management and ask questions.

Ewa Swoboda, Poland - was present at this meeting as the representative for our NaDiMa project.
